⁃ 125 gr. Aspic chicken minced meat
2 grated onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg (to put inside the meatballs)
3 eggs (to put on the dish)
2 slices of stale bread
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of mint

Grate the onions and saute in a pot with 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add 1 tea glass of water. Cook until the onions absorb the water. Put the minced meat, salt, black pepper, grated onion, crumbled bread and one egg in another bowl and knead. Make big round meatballs. Coat the meatballs in flour, fry them in oil and place them on the onions. Beat 3 eggs well in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Pour over the meatballs with onions. Cover the lid. Cook over low heat until the egg whites solidify. Sprinkle dried mint on it.
