⁃ 1 Aspiliç whole chicken

1 carrot
1 leek
2 sprigs of celery leaves

1 kg potatoes (boiled)
3 boiled egg yolks
1 cup olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Put the cleaned and washed chicken, bay leaf, parsley, carrot, leek, celery stalk, black pepper and plenty of water into the pot and put it on fire. It is put on fire and boiled.
