Curry Chicken with Cumin Risotto

⁃ 1/2 onion
⁃ A pinch of salt
⁃ Olive oil
⁃ 2 cloves
⁃ 1 teaspoon curry
⁃ 300gr basmati rice
⁃ 300ml coconut milk
⁃ 2 tablespoons rice flour
⁃ 1 pack Aspiliç chicken breast
⁃ 1 teaspoon cumin
⁃ 1 teaspoon turmeric

PREPARATION RECIPE

Put a pot of water on the fire, salt it and boil. In the meantime, pour a few tablespoons of oil and washed basmati rice into a pan. Also add cumin and cloves. After frying the ingredients you added to the pan for a few minutes, add the water and boil.

Add a little more water to the rice, reduce the heat to low and close the lid, let the rice cook without stirring until the liquid is completely absorbed (about 10 minutes). Cut the chicken breast into large pieces and coat it in rice flour. Add a little salt. Then fry in a pan with a little oil and chopped onion. After 5 minutes, pour the coconut milk and add the curry and turmeric. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Turn off the stove and start assembling the dish. First, don't forget to remove the cloves. Then fill the plate with some risotto. Place the curry chicken pieces on top and serve.
