⁃ 2 aspic chicken thighs 
2 spoons of flour
1 cup of vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

After washing the chicken thighs, boil them in plenty of water. Cut the skins into small pieces and mince the meat. Roast the flour in a pot without oil. After roasting, slowly add the water in which you boiled the chicken thighs. When it reaches the consistency of grits, add the chicken meat and skins and cook over low heat until it boils. Put garlic, vinegar, red pepper and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl and mix well. Serve with the vinegar mixture.
