⁃ 500 gr. potato
250 gr. Chicken aspic hip skewer
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 green peppers
2 tomatoes
2 eggs
Salt
Black Pepper
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons flour
One coffee cup of olive oil 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
A spoonful of tomato paste

PREPARATION RECIPE

Grate the potatoes and squeeze the juice. In a Teflon pan, fry one grated onion with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, add the potatoes and fry for three more minutes. Add flour to the mixture and stir, remove from the fire and cool. Once cooled, add salt, black pepper and beaten eggs and mix well. Heat a spoonful of oil in a skillet and pour three spoons of the prepared potato mixture into it and cook it back to front. In a separate pot, fry 1 grated onion in a spoon of oil. Put the chicken meat on the onions and saute. After adding a spoonful of tomato paste, two tomatoes and green pepper, add a coffee cup of water and cook over low heat until the meat is soft. Place the fried potatoes on a serving plate. Put the chicken meat with sauce in the center and sprinkle chopped parsley on it and serve.
