⁃ 500 gr. Aspic chicken breast meat
4 onions cut into rings
3 green peppers
One head of garlic
500 gr. tomato
Salt
Black Pepper
2 compote bowls of béchamel sauce
2 tablespoons grated cheese

FOR THE DOUGH
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup margarine
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of water
Baking powder
Salt
1 teaspoon of vinegar
As much flour as it takes

PREPARATION RECIPE

Put the flour, yogurt, oil, oil, vinegar, water and baking powder into a bowl and knead the dough. Cover with a damp cloth and rest the dough. On the other side, put the onions in a pan and fry them with two spoons of olive oil. Add tomatoes, green peppers and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, then add chicken meat and mushrooms. When the chicken meat is cooked, remove from the fire and cool it. Add salt, black pepper and grated kasar cheese to the mixture. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place it in a greased round pan. Put the prepared chicken filling inside, cover it with the dough and turn it upside down on the tray. Bake in the oven until golden brown and serve with vegetables.
