⁃ 1 kg boneless breast meat or chops
Green pepper
Tomato
3 tablespoons of yoghurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Half a glass of oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 teaspoon of cumin

PREPARATION RECIPE

Put the yogurt, tomato paste, oil, garlic and spices in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Pour the diced chicken into the sauce we prepared and mix well.
Cover it with stretch film and let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least two hours. If you don´t have time, you can prepare it without waiting, but the more you marinate your meat, the more the flavor of the sauce will penetrate.
Then remove the stretch film and arrange the chicken, tomatoes and peppers on the skewer sticks without squeezing them too much. Place them all on a baking tray covered with baking paper, spaced apart.
Let´s leave our meat and vegetables to cook in the oven that we preheated to 200°C for 30 minutes.
