⁃ 1 cup of wheat
1 cup chickpeas
1 cup green lentils 
1 dry onion
½ cup extra virgin olive oil 
1 tablespoon dried tarragon 
Red chili powder 
1 aspic chicken breast

Soak the wheat and chickpeas the night before, wash them thoroughly the next day and cook them with 7 cups of water. Remove the foam while boiling. Cook until the wheat and chickpeas are soft. Add the lentils and onion cut into rings. After the lentils and onions are cooked, sprinkle the red pepper powder and tarragon heated in olive oil over the soup and serve hot.
