⁃ 100 grams chicken breast (cut into julienne strips)
⁃ 8-10 pieces croutons (baked bread cubes)
⁃ 3-4 slices parmesan cheese
⁃ 1/2 lettuce
⁃ 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
⁃ 1 teaspoon mustard
⁃ 1 clove garlic (crushed)
⁃ 1/2 lemon
⁃ 1/2 teaspoon salt

Put the crushed garlic, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl and mix well.

Add the julienned chicken breasts to the heated pan and cook both sides.

Combine the sauce you have prepared with the lettuce and mix well.

After adding the croutons and chicken, serve with parmesan cheese and pomegranate syrup sauce if desired.
